How do I make a booking?
Select the venue, choose the date you would like to visit, and then either select an available start time, or select ‘All’ to view all available start times. Once you have decided upon a start time, select the number of tickets you would like to purchase, before pressing ‘Buy Now’. This will take you to the online checkout provided by our ticketing partner, DesignMyNight.
How do I make a larger group booking?
We limit the number of tickets available in each time slot to prevent overcrowding and ensure that all of our golfers have a great time on the greens. If you’d like to book for 7 – 12 people, please feel free to book tickets in two consecutive time slots and our staff will ensure you get to play together in two or three groups.
I can only see one ticket available for the time I’d like to book – why?
We sell a fixed number of tickets in each time slot to prevent overcrowding and ensure that all of our customers have a great round of golf. If you can only see one ticket available it is because all the other tickets for that time slot have been booked by other customers.
I’M RUNNING LATE FOR MY BOOKING, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO PLAY?
We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you if you are running behind. It normally won’t be a problem if you’re only running ten or fifteen minutes late, but if you’re going to be significantly later our staff will do their best to fit you in around other bookings.
We can’t offer any guarantees, particularly on Saturdays when we are very busy, but it will normally be fine!

Do I need a print out of my ticket?
You’re welcome to print your tickets if you’d like to, but there’s really no need – you can just show your ticket to our staff on a mobile device.
Do you accept walk-ins?
You’re welcome to walk-in at any of our venues, but please note that pre-booked ticket holders will always receive priority. Our friendly staff will do their best to get you golfing as soon as possible though!
If you’d like to visit us on a Saturday we highly recommend making a booking as we are often fully booked.
What if more players would like to join my group?
Normally this won’t be a problem outside of peak times. We’ll always do our best to reshuffle your group to get everyone playing together, but please be aware that there may be a delay depending on how busy we are.
If you don’t want to risk a delay, we recommend purchasing additional tickets in advance for either the same time slot, or the time slot following your original booking.
What must I bring?
A member of staff will provide you with golfing equipment, score cards and pencils, and assist if you have any questions during your game with us.
You don’t need to wear specific clothing or shoes, however we do recommend flat shoes. Heels weren’t designed with putting in mind!
How long does a game take?
This length of a round depends on the venue, group size and your golfing skills.
Most groups complete their round in 30 – 60 minutes. However, there are no time restrictions – if you’re having an off day on the greens you can play as long as it takes you to finish.
How do I reserve a table?
Unfortunately we’re unable to reserve tables outside of larger group package bookings. We’re first come, first served, but our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate you upon arrival!

We love dogs, and well behaved pups are more than welcome at our London Fields venue!

Are children allowed on your courses?
Under 18s are welcome at each of our venues at the following times:
Camden: Before 5pm on Weekdays
London Fields: Before 5pm on Weekdays
Horniman Museum: All day, every day!
Children must be at least 7 years old and accompanied by an adult at all times.
Unfortunately, our staff are unable to supervise children on the course.
Can I reschedule my booking?
As per our T&Cs, we are happy to reschedule bookings provided that a minimum of 72 hours notice is given. Please note that each booking can only be rescheduled once.
In exceptional circumstances we will consider requests to reschedule made with less than 72 hours notice, but this will be at our discretion.
