Online Payment Policy

  • Ticket sales are processed via a third party. When you select a date on the booking calendar, you will be taken to the Design My Night website to complete your transaction.
  • Tickets are sent via email. You are welcome to show the ticket on your phone – you don’t need to print them out.

Cancellation / Payment / Refund Policy

  • Bookings are final and non refundable in any circumstances. The only exception is if Plonk Golf Ltd cancels your ticket through no fault of your own, and is unable to offer an acceptable replacement date.
  • Any refunds will be actioned within 72 hours of complaint or issue being settled. Refunds are processed via the Design My Night ticketing system.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd will, wherever possible, consider requests to reschedule or postpone bookings, subject to a minimum of 72 hours notice is given. All changes are at our discretion. Please email [email protected]  if you wish to amend your booking and we will send you a confirmation email documenting any changes to your booking.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd cannot guarantee to make any changes to bookings requested less than 72 hours before the time of your booking.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd will make best efforts wherever possible to amend bookings at our discretion.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd does not allow a booking to be rescheduled beyond thirty days from the date of the original booking, or postponed for more than 30 days from the date of the original booking.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd are unable to accept disruption to public transport or local road networks as grounds for last minute cancellations.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd reserve the right, subject to offering you a replacement date or a full refund, to cancel your booking without liability in the event that our ability to accommodate your party is hindered or made impossible by circumstances outside of our reasonable operational control.
  • For corporate or group bookings of more than 10 people, please contact info@plonk A member of our team will be in touch. For group or corporate bookings, payments must be made up front to secure the desired date and time. You will be sent an electronic invoice, along with a payment link. Plonk Golf do not offer a deposit scheme, and we are unable to reserve your desired date / time until payment in full has been received.

Party Cancellations / Large Group Bookings

We require a £500 deposit for all private hires to confirm the booking.
Full payment to be made no later than 30 days prior to the event date. If the event is being booked within 30 days of the date of the event full payment will be taken.
Any food order will be required to be placed 7 days prior to your party to ensure stock availability. Please note it is your responsibility to communicate any dietary requirements your guests may have.
Final numbers should be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your booking. Parties cancelled 30 days or more before the date will forfeit the deposit paid. 


General Terms of Admission

  • Your safety is our prime concern. All Plonk Golf customers are expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to our venues.
  • Plonk Golf management and staff reserve the right to refuse a booking / ticket of any attendee who is seen to be drunk or under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent antisocial manner; causing a nuisance whether criminal or civil.
  • Plonk Golf reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to any customer.
  • All customers are permitted to use Plonk Golf’s facilities and equipment at their own risk.
  • Plonk Golf customers must comply with any instructions given by Plonk Golf staff regarding matters of health and safety, golf course operation and security.
  • Plonk Golf does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to an individual’s clothing or personal belongings.
  • Please make every effort to arrive on time for your rounds of golf. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking and no refund will be offered.
  • Due to the volume of bookings we have at peak times on weekends, we regretfully will not be able to accommodate groups that arrive late. Please ensure you arrive before the time listed on your ticket to guarantee you will be able to play. If you arrive late and we are unable to accommodate your booking, no refund will be offered.
  • Plonk Golf does not have a dress code policy. However, there are some narrow walkways, raised edges, ramps and steps so high heeled shoes are worn at the customer’s risk.
  • Plonk Golf does not allow hats or hoods that cover the customer’s face at any venue for security reasons. Plonk Golf staff may ask the customer to remove their hat or hood whilst on the course. If the customer refuses, their round of golf will be forfeit at our staff’s sole discretion.
  • Plonk Golf allows under 18’s before 5pm on weekdays at the following venues: Plonk Golf Camden, Plonk Golf Borough Market, and Plonk Golf Hackney.
  • Plonk Golf does not allow under 18’s at Plonk Golf Shoreditch at any time.

Plonk Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Voucher sales are processed via a third party. When you select a voucher on our ‘Vouchers’ page, payment is taken via Design My Night.
  • Vouchers are sent via email.
  • The holder of the voucher can redeem the voucher via either our own website, or via the Design My Night website.
  • Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed against any ticket at any of our venues.
  • Vouchers are redeemable up to their full value.
