Our Borough Market venue is now even better with the arrival of 2 new full size British Pool tables!! These tables are bookable in advance via the bookings form below. You can also just show up on the day.
The tables have enough space around them for play with 57″ cues and with top quality playing felts, you are sure to have a great game.

How to Book
You can book slots on our pool tables using the calendar below. The slots are 30 minutes long, so book multiple slots if you want to have more time. We always leave 1 table available for people to walk up and play.
We do not take bookings on Saturdays or on the monthly Pool Doubles Tournament Wednesday… but why not enter the tourney instead?

Tournaments
On the 3rd Wednesday of every month we host our riotous and always sellout Borough Market Doubles pool tournament. With £150 in bar tabs, medals, cases of beer and Tees up for grabs its all to play for… so grab a mate with the best aim and head on down!
Only 8 slots per month are available so book quick!!

Rules
Below is a link to the rules for the pool tournaments we hold at Plonk Borough Market. Before you start playing in our tournaments please make sure to read the rules.
RULESTues – Sat: 12pm – 11pm
Sun: 12pm – 7pm
Please note – pool bookings are not available after 7pm on Friday and all day Saturday, but will be available at the venue on a first come first served basis.
Pool bookings are also not available on the third Wednesday of each month due to our pool tournaments. Want to enter? Click Here!
Bookings for 12+ people must be arranged via our Bookings Manager
Don’t want to play pool? No problem! Feel free to just drop in for drinks and arcades.

We recommend that you book a time slot in advance, but it is not obligatory. If you pop in to our venue and there is a vacant pool table, our staff will let you play. You should know, however, that groups that have booked a time slot have priority over everyone else. If all pool tables are taken, you can wait for an available time slot. You can grab a drink and play games at the arcade in order to make the time pass faster!
Children and young people under 18 are welcome at Plonk Borough Market until 6pm excluding Saturdays, but they have to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately Under 18s are not allowed to play on the pool tables, but we have lots of other options to keep them entertained.
Every time slot lasts for 30 minutes. If you believe that this amount of time is not enough for you, you can book two consecutive slots.
