Crazy Golf in Hackney

WE’VE GLOWN UP! Our Hackney course has just been rebuilt and it’s much bigger and better than ever! With new holes, all set inside a Polynesian themed putt paradise, this new course is the jewel in our mini golf crown!

Take on volcano canyon, traverse through the tiki forest, make an offering to our golf gods, whip around stone circle and dive under the sea with octopuses on what is our greatest adventure yet – now all covered and out of the rain!

After your rounds head inside the Club House for our fun packed retro arcade, pool tables and games bar. We’ve got tons of board and bar games, as well as pinball, foosball, shoot ‘em ups and multi game arcade machines and two perfectly positioned 7ft American Pool Tables.

Sun shining? Then kick back and relax in our brand new beer garden, complete with top of the line ping pong tables to keep the competition going.

We have 2 American Pool tables available to hire at £5 for 30 minutes. Perfect for a rematch if you don’t fare so well on the golf course. The tables are 7ft x 4ft, with all the elbow room you can need!

Please note that under 16s are not allowed to play on the tables.

Monthly Doubles Tournament

On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month we host our riotous and always sellout Doubles pool tournament. With over £200 in bar tabs, medals, cases of beer and Tees up for grabs its all to play for… so grab a mate with the best aim and head on down!

Retro Arcade

Our arcade hosts pinball machines, retro multi game cabinets, shoot em ups, skeeball and foosball. The arcade line up is always changing with new games brought in, especially the pinball machines!

Exclusively for our Hackney venue is our vintage Skeeball machine – Hit a score of 270 and we’ll get you a free cocktail!

Our tiki styled bar has a rotating menu of seasonal cocktails. Try our Sage smash this Autumn!  We also stock local craft draught beer, wines, mock-tails, low alcohol drinks and lots of exotic juices.

Is the Hackney course accessible?

Yes! The mini golf course in Hackney is accessible apart from 2 holes. We also have disabled putters available. Our toilet is fully accessible too. If you want to check your requirements, contact [email protected] for further information.

What if it rains? Hackney is an outside course!

It’s England, it might happen. We’ve got large golf umbrellas available for you to use for our outdoor golf course. Come indoors to our arcade and bar afterwards and we’ll warm you up with fantastic food, drinks and games. Only in the event of extreme weather conditions will we close our outdoor section, mainly because we’re under the beautiful plane trees of London Fields. If it’s not playable on the day you book, contact [email protected] to rebook the golf but you’re still welcome to join us at the games bar.

Do we have to play golf to visit Plonk Hackney?

We love gamers! You’re welcome to come in and chill in Hackney’s Club House with one of our extensive range of board games, table games, arcade games, pinball games, foosball games – games galore! If you’re just here to play Point Blank or skeeball, come right in and buy some tokens from the bar. All our peak golf tickets come with arcade tokens though, so you might as well do both!

Can under 18s play at Hackney?

Under 18s are welcome to play golf and games before 5pm on weekdays at our Hackney course. After that, it’s adults only. It is also adults only on the weekends. We’ve got a range of soft drinks available and kids love our hotdogs. Please note, children need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

Can I hold my party at Plonk Hackney?

There ain’t no party like a Plonk Golf party! We’ve got a range of options for parties and larger groups including private hire parties for up to 60 people. What’s the nearest public transport to Plonk Hackney?

We’re just up the road from London Fields station, Hackney. Just turn left out of the station and left again under the bridge. The entrance to Plonk is immediately after the bridge.

The bus stops on Mare Street and Richmond Road are just a couple of minutes walk

Do we need to book in advance at Plonk Hackney?

Booking is always advised, especially on the weekends, but not always necessary. You’re welcome to pop in to our Hackney golf course and ask any time that we’re open. If we’re not full but the golf course is busy, you can hang out and play games in our arcade bar. Our staff can tell you when the next available crazy golf slot is.
